From July 2 to July 12, 2018, a regular laboratory on theatrical biomechanics was held in Lukka, Italy.

Young actors and directors from Italy, Russia, France, Spain, China, Greece took part in the laboratory. In the first half of the day, training was conducted, an active study of the principles of theatrical biomechanics was carried out, work was under way on an emotional gesture, emotional movement, work with music. In the second half of the day, work was carried out on the play “Uncle Vanya” by A.P. Chekhov and “Month in the Country” by I.S. Turgenev. An effective analysis of the text was carried out, it was studied how to apply the principles of theatrical biomechanics in the construction of scenes, how to actively include physical action in the work.
