From October 29 to November 11, 2018 in Beijing at the Drama Academy on the first course of the directing faculty a laboratory on stage movement and theatrical biomechanics took place.

Work was also carried out on the play “Three Sisters” by Anton Chekhov. First-year students mastered some of the directions from the stage movement program; the principles of theatrical biomechanics were also studied; work was done with emotional gestures and music. An effective analysis of the text was carried out on the scene of Natasha and Andrey(the end of 1 act). Students built the scene actively using physical action and the rules of theatrical biomechanics.
